St Hallett Red Wine bottle buried in terra rosa soil. Creative retouching by Paul Munzberg.

The third in a series emphasising St Hallett's earthy and hand crafted credentials. This soil profile was photographed by Richard Lyons on location at a St Hallett vineyard. The unique soil structure is vital to the characteristics of the grapes grown here. I created this image in Photoshop using many seperate files. The bottle was buried in soil and later shot in a studio.

My challenge was to create a suite of images for the entire St Hallett red wine range, about 10 varieties. Photographed by Liam West in his studio, each bottle in the range was switched out and shot on a green-screen so I could create a suitable background in post production. Besides making the wine bottles, glass and roast beef look amazing, I also created the suite of images to be versatile by including the ability to turn off specific items in the scene while all the lighting and shadow effects remain consistent.

A national campaign that had fantastic exposure. Including billboard extensions and in some cases special wraps down the poles making the vine extend to the ground.

A total tram wrap in Melbourne. I made the vines weave in and out the windows. Even the interior of the tram was taken over with special graphics that showed vines, soil, roots and all.
