This was the key visual I created for the 2013 Tour Down Under as a part of a pitch based on Joel VDK's concept illustrations. The whole thing was made from scratch in one epic overnight session using both Photoshop and Illustrator and with a final resolution large enough for a two meter high print. Individual elements could also be quickly re-coloured and have the 'lights' switched on and off, depending on how hard the man was cycling.
